Hi — my Arc floor lamp (order #48213) arrived today and the glass shade is cracked straight through. The box looked fine from the outside. This was meant to be a gift for this weekend, so I'm pretty disappointed.

Photos attached. Honestly I'd rather just get a replacement before Saturday if that's possible — otherwise a refund.
